The Weight Saga Continues – Week 4

Total this week: -1.2

Total overall: 11 lbs

Last week was tough. First off, being a girl sucks. Just saying. Thursday was a hectic day so we didn’t get to work out but Friday, we went for a “short run”

1.90 miles in about 32 mins. We walked some of this because we were wiped from the morning’s workout (weights). I’m thinking we’re aiming to make my GPS nuts 🙂

Sunday was rainy and gray, in anticipation of Hurricane Sandy so it was a treadmill run for me. A 5 min warm up, followed by a 20 min jog (jogging the entire 20 mins @ 4.1 mph), and then a 5 min cool down netted me 268 calories and a back ache. I think I’m getting too used to running outdoors.

Since it’s still rainy and gray, it’s an elliptical work out for me today and probably for the rest of the week. Weigh ins at work were today. I’m over, as expected but the good news it, I’m only over by 1% body fat, which everyone is confident will come off in no time. Fingers Crossed!!
