The Weight Saga – Week 6

Total Overall: 13.4lbs

This week was nutso. I have no idea how I pulled this off but I didn’t work out all week, save for friday when that was a mandatory work out with my station. I’m not sure if it was the Bear Crawls or the Mosh Jumps or what but I ended up burning 323 cals in 40 mins. It was a really great work out. I “briskly walked” on the treadmill on sunday but I wasn’t feeling it.

I’m back to daily workouts today and I WILL meet my goal of 4 work outs this week. I’m thinking friday might just be a pool day. If I want to tempt fate of being harpooned, that is 😉
