I didn’t make it through a “Marathon” this month 😦 The flu really kicked my ass and I had zero energy to stand up, let alone run but I’m hoping to be back at it on monday. I have 26 days to run a “marathon” and I’m determined to get it done.

Of the 60 work outs in 90 days, I stalled at 20/60. 20 work outs in one month isn’t terrible. I’m hoping to keep the weight off that I lost from the flu and use that as a jump start for my future losses.

I took some progress pictures yesterday at the current weight I am and on March 1, I want to take another set to compare. Hopefully I can see a difference and this won’t backfire and depress me.

And the really good news — that Groundrat didn’t see his shadow so *Fingers Crossed* we can start running outdoors soon!
